Envision Northwest specializes in building modern homes in vibrant, urban neighborhoods throughout the Pacific Northwest. With a focus towards maximizing space and features for today’s homeowner, our homes make living better. We build our homes in communities with easy access to the amenities that are so important to today’s evolving lifestyles: Schools, parks, recreation, shopping, trails, and transit options.
We are a family owned company that has been building homes for over 35 years. We understand how important it is to have a place to gather and do life - a home is where lifelong memories are made and we take great pride in being able to provide the backdrop for each story.
Envision Northwest builds modern single-family homes and townhomes in some of the most desirable communities in the Seattle area. From the hillsides of the Eastside to the many unique neighborhoods that make Seattle whole, Envision Northwest targets highly attractive locations for development of our distinctive homes. From planning, consulting, budgeting, entitlement, through completion of each home, we are there every step of the process.
Envision employs a stable team of individuals with extensive involvement in land acquisition and development, purchasing, sales and marketing, construction, accounting and finance. Each member of the team has over 10 years of experience working in the for-sale, market rental, affordable rental, rehabilitation, mixed use commercial, and residential construction industry. The Envision Northwest team has been involved in the construction, purchase and sale of apartments, townhomes, single-family homes and commercial projects in four different states. All members of the team live in the Seattle area, providing needed focus and insight into each individual neighborhood and current market trends.
A native of Issaquah, Washington and graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Austin has a strong passion for Seattle and a great knowledge of the individual neighborhoods that make the area so unique. Using his vast network of local resources, including real estate brokers, land developers, engineers, bankers, and architects, he sees opportunities for development on a weekly basis.
As the Director of Business Development for Envision Land & Development from 2005 – 2015, Austin’s responsibilities covered the full gamut of residential real estate which included land negotiations and purchase, due diligence reviews, gathering competitive bids and awarding contracts on site development, scheduling, coordinating with city officials, utility districts, and engineers, as well as managing title and escrow for close dates. Over these 11 years Austin has been involve in the procurement of more than 350 lots for residential construction with a total valuation of over $110,000,000.
In January of 2016, Austin launched Envision Northwest, LLC as owner and CEO. Envision Northwest was founded for the development of in-fill projects in the Greater Seattle Area.

Mr. Bradford is the Chief Operations Officer of Envision Northwest and has over 35 years of progressive experience in all facets of construction, real estate sales and development. He has built over 3,000 single family dwellings in multiple communities, as well as nearly 1,500 multi-family dwelling units (apartments and condominiums), warehouses, storage facilities, tens of thousands of square feet of commercial property (office, retail, and industrial) and all types of development infrastructure (sewer, storm, water, streets, parks, etc...) totalling over $800,000,000 in revenue.
Greg was the general construction manager for S&W Realty from 1978 to 1989, President of Earthmovers, Inc and Gregory D. Bradford Inc from 1986 unitl 1994 and the Chief Operations Partner of Heritage Homes, LLC from 1994-2005. In June of 2005, Greg and his staff successfully negotiated the sale of the majority of his residential land holdings in California with a national builder, and took that opportunity to initiate a new family of companies, which include Envision Land & Development, Inc., Envision Homes, LLC, and Majestic Ventures, LP.

Rachel Roupe is the Vice President of Envision Northwest, LLC. She is currently leading the charge in the design, purchasing, sales, and overall project management of 4 active projects under construction in the Seattle market. As a 10 year Seattle resident, it has been her dream to be building homes in the city she loves and calls home. Her enthusiasm to provide unique urban housing at an affordable price guides her daily decision making. Rachel’s passion for researching contemporary, fresh design helps set Envision Northwest apart from the competition.
From 2005 to 2015 Rachel was the Purchasing and Sales Director for Envision Land & Development, LLC. During this time, she excelled within the real estate and construction community, creating and executing business strategies for new home construction and sales. Rachel combines her entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit, maximizing its ROI. She loves working with her team to see all the planning and executing come to life. Rachel has worked in producing 600 units, over $105,000,000 in sales, from the infancy of community and product development through maintaining home owner warranty services.
Rachel Roupe became the Vice President of Envision Northwest, LLC in January of 2016. Rachel graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

Daryl is the Chief Financial Officer / Controller for Envision Land and Development with over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting and is a lifetime Seattle area resident. During this time Mr. Stromswold has gained real estate / construction knowledge including development of for sale and for rent residential units, leasing and build-out of automated distribution systems, acquisition, divestiture and negotiation of retail and commercial space. Mr. Stromswold prior experience includes Manager of Corporate Accounting at Safeway Stores, Director of Real Estate for HomeGrocery.com and CFO of The Dwelling Company. Over the five year span with The Dwelling Company Mr. Stromswold was part of the management team that grew the startup to an organization producing 200 homes per year with annual revenues in excess of $80 million. To achieve this growth the Dwelling Company produced a mix of “in-fill” town home projects ranging from 3 to 25 units along with development of raw land for plats for over 200 homes.

Jon has been involved in all phases of residential construction. With over eight years of construction experience working in the Seattle area, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge to each jobsite. An excellent problem solver, Jon works with subcontractors to make sure that every detail is covered.

Frederick brings more than 12 years of residential construction experience to every project. Frederick's expertise includes planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and supervising. His understanding and care for each development is evident in the quality of the finished product.
